Artisan dishes traditionally prepared

In the heart of a region rich in top-quality produce, our chefs aim to offer dishes that are in tune with the seasons. Asparagus du Valais, dandelion, lamb are available on our spring menu… while our autumn menu highlights game served with our "house" garnishes.

Add to that our year-round dishes such as our fillets of perch "DDM" for which we are well known locally and our regional dishes such as fondue, rösti and cured meats that prioritise local produce.

Every week, our team provides three special tasting menus at a range of attractive prices. The first two menus are served at lunchtime from Monday to Friday and the third menu at lunchtime and in the evening from Monday to Sunday lunchtime. Take a look at them on our Facebook page.

On Sunday evening, the patron of the establishment takes charge of the cooking to let you savour a delicious raclette made with cheese from the Bagnes Valley.

Our restaurant accommodates 60 people and our banqueting suite 40. We welcome groups, family celebrations, business dinners and will propose tailor-made menus to suit your tastes. To provide you with the best service, bookings are recommended.
